Open Tickrs App > Open Account Tab (3rd tab found at bottom of page) > enter phone number > enter OTP > open account via SingPass/Manual input of details.

For manual input of details, use the app to scan the front and back of your NRIC/Passport, key in your address, and submit proof of address. Once you have confirmed everything is correct, click “confirm details”.

Upon confirmation, your account details will then be submitted for approval. Forms can also be made available in hardcopy for submission.
