2021
Tickrs Clearing (TC) obtained its license from the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority, United States.
2022
Expansion to Singapore
& Saudi Arabia
- Tickrs Financial Singapore Pte Ltd obtained its Capital Markets Services (CMS) License from the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS).
- Sahm Capital Financial Company (SCFC) obtained its initial licenses from Saudi Arabian Capital Market Authority (CMA), becoming the first and only licensed Asian corporation in the kingdom.
2023
Partnership with Malacca Securities Sdn Bhd in Malaysia in launching M+ Global, a foreign stock digital trading platform.
SCFC has became a registered member of the Saudi stock exchange, Tadawul, as well as its affiliates, the Securities Depository Center Company (Edaa) and the Securities Clearing Center Company (Muqassa).
