Valuable Capital Securities (VCS) obtained license from Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA), United States.
2022
Expansion to Singapore
& Saudi Arabia
- Sahm Capital Financial Company (SCFC) obtained the initial licenses from Saudi Arabian Capital Market Authority (CMA), become the first and only licensed corporation in the kingdom from Asia.
- Tickrs Financial Singapore Pte Ltd obtained Capital Markets Services (CMS) License from the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS).
2023
Partnership with Malacca Securities Sdn Bhd in Malaysia in launching M+ Global, a foreign stock digital trading platform.
SCFC has became a registered member of the Saudi stock exchange, Tadawul, as well as its affiliates, the Securities Depository Center Company (Edaa) and the Securities Clearing Center Company (Muqassa).
